2. Regulatory Compliance & 2018 Supreme Court Directives

In compliance with the judgment of the Supreme Court of India regarding fireworks manufacturing, storage, and transport, this website operates strictly as an informational and enquiry estimation platform. We do not provide direct automated checkout or commercial e-commerce transactions without order verification.

3. Age & Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry or receive fireworks. By submitting an inquiry, you affirm that you are of legal age and authorized to purchase and handle fireworks under Indian laws.

4. Product Availability, Images & Specifications

Product images, carton graphics, and color representations are shown for illustrative purposes. Due to continuous batch manufacturing in Sivakasi, outer packaging designs or brand labels may vary slightly while maintaining identical chemical grade, sound, and visual performance standards.

5. Enquiry, Pricing & Quotation Terms

Product prices listed on the website represent current seasonal rates and may be updated without prior notice based on raw material costs and peak Diwali demand. A submitted quote does not constitute a legally binding sales contract until confirmed by our team.

6. Payment Methods & Verification

All confirmed orders require advance payment settlement via authorized UPI QR transfer or Direct Bank Account NEFT/IMPS. Consignments are packed and dispatched only upon successful payment verification and matching UTR confirmation.

7. Transport Dispatch & Customer Hub Pickup

Due to central safety norms, fireworks are transported exclusively through certified surface parcel transport carriers. Deliveries are routed to the carrier’s regional parcel hub or booking office in your town/city. Customers are responsible for collecting the parcel from the transport hub upon presenting the Lorry Receipt (LR) copy.

8. Fireworks Safety & Handling Responsibilities

The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe storage, handling, and ignition of fireworks. Always ignite fireworks in open outdoor spaces, keep water buckets or sand nearby, and ensure strict adult supervision around children. Kannan Pattasu is not liable for mishaps resulting from negligence or failure to adhere to printed safety warnings.

9. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

Kannan Pattasu shall not be held liable for delays in transport delivery caused by unforeseen weather conditions (such as monsoons/cyclones), road blockages, festive carrier backlogs, transport worker strikes, or local administrative restrictions.

10. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising out of these terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sivakasi / Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu.
